Mr S Goorha

Sarvesh has over 25 years of experience in IT industry in India Europe/USA. He has been instrumental in building technology infrastructure, developing solutions for client processes and setting up global voice and data networks at Coseco Inc. USA and its susidary in India- EXL Sevices Inc.

He has the distinction of rolling out one of the largest BPO project in the ITeS industry for Fortune 500/FTSE 100 Company. Formerly, Sarvesh was associated with Data Access (a joint venture with PCCW- Hong Kong Telecom) as CTO and Director on the Board. He had set-up NOW ISP countrywide and built India's first global VoIP telecom networks covering several countries. He has also worked with the DCM Shriram Group and as Director of the IT Company.

He was Chairman of Export Committee for Manufacturers Association of Information Technology (MAIT), Member of Electronic & Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) and the Federation of Chambers of Commerce of India (FICCI). Has led several government and industry delegations for IT export promotion and has several papers published on IT strategies, emerging technologies and Internet solutions.

He is also a visiting faculty member at several prestigious institutions in India and abroad.

The main assignments carried out comprises Statutory audit, Tax audit, Internal and Management audit of various Public and Private Limited companies, Associated with preparing project reports for arranging Term Loan from All Indian Financial Institutions. She has also been involved in valuation of business, shares and companies.

Virendra is practicing for more than 18 years. Responsible for finalization of statutory audits, internal audits and system audits for various large & medium size corporate bodies. Engaged in income tax assessments & appeals, public sector audit, tax consultancy & corporate law matters.

He has also been involved in due diligence assignments and vetting of share purchase agreements and valuation of shares.
